Prioritize content and keep emails punchy:
- 2 BIG – Most pressing items. Ask: "If someone only remembered 2 things, what would they be?"
- 2 MEDIUM – Important but relevant to fewer people or further out on the calendar
- Hope Kids Corner – Brief update on Sunday School, Pioneers, Rise & Shine, or upcoming children's events
- 3 LITTLE – "Mark your calendars" items for events further out
- Use Friday Focus for Sunday/worship details
- Use SMS reminders (max 2/week) for time-sensitive reminders: workdays, baby sprinkles, golf outings, Hope Life, Wednesday services, pastor/staff appreciation
- Short devotional
- Sunday highlight with links to: featured song, volunteer schedule, kids' content
- Standard sermon links
Post 2-3 times weekly with this mix:
- 55% – Photos of people at events (grow groups, baptisms, Bible studies, workdays)
- 15% – Sunday previews (CTA: Join us!)
- 15% – Sermon quotes (CTA: Check out sermons on YouTube & Spotify!)
- 15% – Video content (sermon clips, Bible reading challenge videos)

Build anticipation within your list:
- 3 weeks before: Session themes, reasons to join, registration date
- 1 week before: More benefits, director's note, registration reminder
- Day before: "Registration opens tomorrow!"
